Molly Sherman is a graphic designer and artist based in Portland, Oregon. As a designer, she has worked at Project Projects in New York and with a range of cultural clients including the Hammer Museum and Amherst College. Molly creates participatory art and design projects that investigate topics related to place, pedagogy, food systems, and local histories. Her work has been presented at Centre Pompidou, the Matisse Museum in Le Cateau-Cambrésis, New Seasons Market, the Parthenon Museum, the Portland Art Museum, Portland State University, the San Francisco Museum of Craft and Folk Art, and University of California, Santa Cruz. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and an MFA in Art and Social Practice from Portland State University.
