Experience: Rachel possesses over 10 years project management and business/operations management experience. She has a strong background in team leadership and values the importance of fostering an inclusive trust culture in the workplace through the art of open and honest two way communication.

In 2009, she received her BA in ELW and a certificate in PR from Marylhurst University.  She loves working with the public, and also putting her English degree and passion for writing to use through assisting with editing curriculum and training materials.  She specializes in project management, the planning an implementation of projects, public relations, writing and editing, business operations and team management.
