Experience: Mark works with communities to help advance their Systems of Care implementation efforts, with special attention to Wraparound fidelity and other research informed models of care for youth with complex needs. Mark has over 18 years of experience working with youth and families and has spent many of those years in the role of Wraparound Care Coordinator serving urban, rural and Native American communities. Mark's passion and commitment to community-based, family-driven, culturally relevant, team-based approaches has also given him opportunities to serve as a Wraparound Supervisor and a Systems of Care and Wraparound Trainer/Consultant across several communities and states. 

Teaching/Training Areas: Systems of Care, Wraparound, Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment tool (CANS), Safety/Crisis Planning, Strengths Based Practices, Youth Driven and Family Driven approaches to care.
