Gregory M. Willeford, “Greg”, is a consultant, educator, and performance coach who brings over 35 years of expertise in public, private, and non-profit management and leadership. Greg served over 29 years with the Oregon State Police and brings extensive experience of the criminal justice system. Greg served as a front line police officer, detective, first line supervisor, middle manager, Governor’s Policy Advisor, bureau commander, and in the Governor appointed position of Deputy Superintendent. Greg is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Oregon Executive Development Institute, and the Pacific Program. 

Greg retired from the Oregon State Police in June 2008 to teach full time and begin a consulting business focused on providing organization and leadership development, and technical and professional services. Greg continues to develop his knowledge and expertise through teaching, studying, and serving. Greg is also an Adjunct Instructor at Western Oregon University (WOU) researching and teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate level courses. In 2017, Greg began teaching internationally with teaching engagements at the University of Yantai School of Law in Yantai, China and Guangxi Medical University, Nanning, China.
