Role: Training Systems Specialist, Systems of Care Institute, Center of Improvement for Child and Family Services

Education: Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon; Master's of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy with a thematic concentration of Research, Evaluation, and Staff Development from Portland State University. Certified in CANS administration for Oregon.

Experience: Danielle has worked with agencies supporting children and families for twelve years providing technical assistance, training, and program evaluation. Projects have included a 90-school study on the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in three states, implementing a statewide PBIS evaluation plan and supporting schools and districts with data-based decision-making, and working with agencies using an electronic behavioral health record in care coordination to youth and families participating in Wraparound.

Interests: She’s excited to help agencies and organizations make better use of systems and data to improve the lives of the populations of families they serve. Personal interests include hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time in nature.
