Daniel J Glendening is a visual artist, writer and educator trying to understand why we believe the things that we believe. He is co-founder of GWC, Investigators, a bicoastal artist-led paranormal research team and co-editor of the science fiction journal NEW WORLD UNLTD. Individually and collaboratively, Glendening has exhibited, performed and lectured at institutions including the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA Los Angeles; High Desert Test Sites, Joshua Tree, CA; Bruce High Quality Foundation University, New York; Disjecta & Zena Zezza, Portland, OR; S.H.E.D. Projects, Oakland, CA; and online with AMUR Initiatives and ACRE TV. He has been an artist in residence at Wassaic Project, Wassaic, NY and Rupert Contemporary Art Centre, Vilnius, Lithuania.
 
He teaches and mentors at Portland State University and Pacific Northwest College of Art.
