What: The Organization of International Students will host its 32nd Annual International Night, celebrating international diversity at Portland State University. This year's event will include students from more than 84 countries, and the theme is "PDX International: Under the Same Sky." Participants will be able to sample dishes from the Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia, visit cultural booths, enjoy a fashion show and see various dancing and singing performances from all over the world.

When: Friday, May 16, 2008, 5-10 p.m.

Where: Smith Memorial Student Union cafeteria, multicultural center and ballroom (1825 SW Broadway).

Cost: Students (with ID) $8 before May 9, $9 after May 9. Non-students $10 before May 14, $11 after May 9. All tickets are available through the PSU box office at 503-725-3307 (1825 SW Broadway).

Background: International Night is a great opportunity for PSU students, families, faculty, staff and the greater Portland community to experience the different traditions, costumes, foods, and music that PSU's 1,200 international students bring to the University and Portland.
