Fred Miao, Business faculty, is the recipient of Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management’s Marvin Jolson award for the best contribution to selling and sales management practice, for his article “Effects of Top-Performer Rewards on Fellow Salespeople: A Double-Edged Sword.” The award was presented at the Summer American Marketing Association Sales Special Interest Group reception in Boston in August.
