Cassio de Oliveira, World Languages and Literatures faculty, wrote a blog post on the readership of the Soviet magazine 30 Days, which holds a unique place in the Soviet publishing environment between the New Economic Policy Era and the First Five-Year Plan. The essay came out in Ohio State University’s Slavic and East European Blog. Research for the post was supported by a National Endowment for the Humanities summer stipend.
