Tina Penman Curriculum Vitae

Background

Tina is a research audiologist at the National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research (NCRAR) at the VA Portland Health Care System. Her goal is to serve on projects that improve the quality of life for patients that have problems with hearing, balance, and tinnitus. To improve her impact as an Adjunct Assistant Professor, she earned the Certificate of Innovation in College Teaching through Portland State University in May 2018. Professionally, she serves as Editor for Perspectives: Audiology & Public Health, contributes as an editorial board member for Blockchain in Healthcare Global and the American Journal of Audiology, and volunteers in leadership capacities for various organizations that are meaningful to her. Locally, Tina spends her time serving the Junior League of Portland and playing outdoors during the beautiful Portland summers.
