Mindful Parenting Week Five
Tuesday, February 27, 2018 - 5:30pm to Tuesday, February 27, 2018 - 7:15pm

This 5 workshop series is presented by Services for Students with Children and is for parents of all ages of children. Parenting children in a mindful manner and helping children to be more mindful themselves makes for closer parent-child relationships, less family stress, and more family harmony. This parenting series is open to the entire PSU community, including students, staff and faculty.

Each workshop is a stand-alone topic. You can pick and choose which workshops to attend, or attend all five. The cost for each workshop is $5 per adult, or attend the entire series for $20. Each workshop includes a simple dinner and childcare for children under age 3. Children ages 3-12 years will be engaged in their own workshop with developmentally appropriate information on the same topic the parents will be learning.

This series will run weekly on Tuesdays beginning January 30 and ending February 27th, from 5:30 to 7:15 PM. The series will be held at Helen Gordon Child Development Center, 1609 SW 12th Ave on the Portland State University campus.
