11:00-11:00 AM
Embodied Astrology for Artists

Led by Renee Sills

In this one-hour lecture, astrologer and artist Renee Sills will facilitate an experience for participants to embody and explore "the chart of the moment. She will explain some key points of interest in the current astrological landscape, and drawing from them, provide simple prompts and cues for writing, drawing, and physical movement. You will leave with a simple sketch of current astrology and the basic layout of a story to fill in through whatever forms your artistic practice takes.

11:30-12:30 PM

Led by Erika Dedini

In this workshop, artist Erika Dedini will guide participants through a series of written, drawn, and conversational prompts aimed at clarifying what it is we want to create in our lives. The process will culminate in using our drawings and words to relabel blank cans of flavored seltzer water which we will pop open and enjoy together after our long inner-journeys. Ahh... so that's what Self Compassion tastes like! Mmm... Conscientiously Managing My TIme is refreshing!

1:00-2:30 PM
Body as Divining Rod

Led by Rachel Hines

We have more than just our five senses to draw upon. As creatives moving through the world, we filter our perceptions through the body. Rachel Hines will lead a series of reflections and simple movements to help participants engage with their bodies as a tool for finding and guilding natural creativity. We will attempt to notice and bring kindness to the signals of the body as a way of to become friendly with this lifeling collaborator.

3:00-4:30 PM
Downward Dreaming
