Personal Training: Can clients purchase program components individually or do they just come in a package?

You can purchase 1, 3, 6, or 10 buddy or 1-on-1 sessions at a time.  Any session can incorporate a fitness assessment or body composition test but these can also be purchased individually at a lower price.  It is highly recommended you buy at least a 3 session package when starting, as one single session does not allow adequate time for your trainer to meet your needs.
