ULI NW: Housing Innovations Panel Discussion
Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 8:00am to Thursday, September 26, 2019 - 10:00am

Changing demographics, skyrocketing prices, and shifting preferences are poised to have a huge impact on how future homes will be designed and developed across the globe.  Developers and designers in Portland and the Pacific Northwest are tackling these issues and innovating projects that can be more affordable and foster a stronger sense of community for the entire spectrum of households.  ULI Northwest’s Housing Innovations panel discussion will feature an array of housing approaches to create a new era of homes that will serve Portland residents into the future.  Speakers will highlight real projects that explore methods to reduce costs, open the door to co-living and co-housing, and challenge our expectations on how to age in place.
