What does it look like to cultivate equity in early childhood? This annual event hosted by Portland State University's Early Childhood Council focuses this year on the work of Dr. Elizabeth Quintero and her talk on "A New Land, a New Language: Multicultural and Refugee Families’ Stories of Strength, Struggle, and Wisdom."
