Three teams of Portland State University students in the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program have been studying development options for three sites in close-in East Portland.

1. 5 - block site owned by American Assets Trust at 7th & NE Multnomah
2. 2 - block site owned by Prosper Portland at NE Oregon & Grand
3. 1.25 - block site owned by Menashe Properties at SE 6th & Hawthorne

Following presentations from the 3 teams and their development proposals for the sites, there will be a panel discussion by experienced development experts about trends and opportunities in the Lloyd District & Central Eastside.
