Spring term grade option extended

Students,

As we end classes this week, we understand that this spring term has been challenging for many students with the transition to remote learning, the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing community and national upheaval in the wake of the killing of George Floyd. One small way we can help is to give you more time to determine whether you want to make changes in your grading option for certain courses this term that have an option of standard letter grades or a pass/no pass grade.      
 
As a result, the deadline to make changes to your grading option for courses with optional grade modes has been extended to Monday, June 15th at 5pm. Since the option is no longer available in the Reg Hub, you will need to email the Office of the Registrar directly at registrar@pdx.edu. Please send the email from your pdx.edu email address, include your PSU ID, the course reference number (CRN), subject and course number and confirm the grading option that you would like to have updated (update to P/NP or to A-F).
