Portland State University’s School of Business Administration was celebrated by “Beyond Grey Pinstripes” as one of the top 30 MBA programs globally for integrating social and environmental stewardship issues into business school curricula and research. The report places PSU, ranked 20th, in the company of Yale, Georgetown, and Stanford.

“Portland State’s Business School is committed to a mission that includes changing lives, building communities, and serving the economic and social vitality of the region,” said Scott Dawson, dean. “This ranking is validation that our scholarship is indeed at the leading edge of business in the 21st century.”

The ranking, released jointly by World Resources Institute and the Aspen Institute, measures the extent to which business schools equip students with an understanding of the social, environmental, and economic perspectives required for business success in a competitive global economy.
